We take care of
the communication

Without doubt this is where the most amount of work is involved. From the first week or two settling a new tenant in - right through to dealing with any minor or major maintenance issues. We absorb the emotion and ensure that communication with your tenant is correctly handled.

We respond to
maintenance queries

In an efficient and effective way, we will acknowledge and respond to issues raised by your tenant on your behalf. We can then advise on and co-ordinate the best solution, balancing practicality with cost effectiveness. We also operate a 24-hour answering service in case of emergencies.

We arrange quotes
for your approval

For maintenance jobs above a certain cost we will arrange two to three quotes for your approval and will always work to balance quality of work and service with cost to ensure that you get the best result.

We regularly inspect
your property

To ensure that any possible maintenance issues that are unreported by the tenant are spotted and to also ensure that your tenant is keeping the property in good order during their tenancy.

We provide reports

Up to three times a year we will compile an inspection report with photographs of your property to ensure that you are in touch with how your property is being kept during each tenancy.
